If there is alignment now or in the near future, we reach out. The Opportunity We are partnering with organizations in Lansing that are seeking Staff Accountants. These companies are committed to building strong teams and are looking for professionals who can lead initiatives effectively. Key Responsibilities Reconcile general ledger accounts, including bank statements and various balance sheet accounts. Prepare and post journal entries for month-end close, accruals, and reclassifications. Assist with cost accounting activities, including inventory valuation and variance analysis. Process accounts payable invoices and ensure timely vendor payments. Support the annual financial audit by preparing requested documentation and schedules. Generate financial reports and analysis to support management decision-making. Ensure compliance with internal controls and company policies.
