Job Description

Job DescriptionJob Description We are looking for an Accounting Bookkeeper to join our team! You will be responsible for preparing and analyzing financial records for our company. Must have QuickBooks Enterprise Desktop/QuickBooks Online. This position's compensation is dependent upon experience. In this role, you'll be working about 24 hours per week.
Responsibilities:
Prepare and examine accounting records, financial statements, taxes Account Payables and Receivables Create new processes to improve financial efficiency Report analysis and findings to the management team Accurate data and order entry with great attention to detail including but not limited to parts, parts descriptions, and vendor information ​
Qualifications:
5+ years of previous experience in accounting or other related fields Fundamental knowledge of GAAP Experience with both QuickBooks Desktop and QuickBooks Online Detail and deadline-oriented Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Company DescriptionJ&J United Industries is a supplier of fabricated metal products serving Construction and Industrial projects throughout the US and Canada.
