Key Responsibilities:

Maintain general ledger, monthly journal entries, and account reconciliations AR (light collections... email follow-ups) and AP responsibilities Run weekly payroll and payroll reconciliation Assist with audits, tax filings, and financial reporting Maintain customer and vendor data Prepare month-end workpapers and support month-end close Review financial statements to identify and resolve discrepancies

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field 3+ years of relevant experience Strong knowledge of GAAP Accounting software (Sage100 preferred, but not required) Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills Ability to work independently and collaboratively We offer a hands-on role with opportunities for growth in a fast-paced environment.
