Key Responsibilities Manage accounts payable and receivable processes, including invoice processing, payment application, and collection efforts. Perform monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closing procedures, including journal entries, account reconciliations, and variance analysis. Assist with the preparation of financial statements, reports, and management presentations. Support inventory accounting functions, including costing, cycle counts, and variance analysis. Ensure compliance with GAAP and internal control policies and procedures. Assist with budgeting and forecasting processes, and analyze budget versus actual variances. Prepare and file sales tax and other regulatory reports. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, such as operations and procurement, to ensure accurate financial data. Recommended Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance. 3+ years of accounting experience, preferably in a manufacturing environment. Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, QuickBooks Enterprise). Strong understanding of GAAP and cost accounting principles. Experience with inventory valuation and cost of goods sold (COGS) analysis. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills. Bonus Qualifications

• Experience with ERP systems common in manufacturing (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics)
• Understanding of inventory valuation methods (e.g., FIFO, LIFO, Weighted Average)
• Familiarity with cost accounting principles and practices in a manufacturing environment
