Full-Time, In-Office Dennis, Gartland & Niergarth, a well-established and respected CPA firm located in beautiful Petoskey, MI, is seeking a highly experienced and motivated Tax Partner to join our dynamic team. Responsibilities Lead and manage the tax team, offering guidance and mentorship to ensure high-quality, accurate work. Take ownership of a personal book of business , cultivating client relationships and contributing to the firm's growth. Oversee and execute tax preparation and planning for individuals, businesses, and nonprofits, ensuring compliance with all regulatory requirements. Review complex tax returns and offer strategic guidance on tax-related matters. Maintain strong relationships with clients by delivering exceptional service, addressing their unique needs, and providing proactive solutions. Contribute to the development and growth of the firm through business development, networking, and maintaining strong client connections. Requirements 10+ years of experience in tax preparation, tax consulting and leadership roles, in a CPA firm environment. Proven track record of managing a team and developing client relationships. Bachelor's degree in Accounting or a related field; CPA certification required. Strong technical knowledge of tax law and regulations. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively lead teams and serve clients. Must be able to work in-office and be actively engaged in the firm's day-to-day operations. Why Join Us? Pay:

$200,000.00 - $275,000.00 per year
