You will work directly with a mix of clients, see the impact of your work, and be trusted to take ownership. The partners are hands-on, know the team well, and invest time in developing people rather than just reviewing output. There is a clear and supported path beyond "senior" here. The expectation is that you grow, take on more responsibility, and build toward partnership if that is where you want to go. The firm is established and stable, but not stuck. The client work is varied, the environment is professional, and people are treated like adults. CPA or EA is preferred, but mindset matters more than ticking every box.
