Job Description

We are looking for a hard-working and experienced Staff Accountant to join our clients Accounting team. The Staff Accountant will play a pivotal role in the accounting department, ensuring accurate and timely financial operations within the transportation industry. General ledger Account and bank reconciliations Journal entries Fixed Assets Prepare weekly and biweekly payroll entries Assisting with the budgeting and forecasting process Assisting with analysis and projects as needed Backup to
AR/AP Staff Accountant Education & Requirements:
Bachelor's degree 2+ years of experience Proficient in Excel Experience with ERP systems Manufacturing industry is preferred Excellent interpersonal and communication skills Comfortable learning new software and working with various technology tools Ability to work independently on tasks and collaborate with a team Strong organizational skills
