Key Responsibilities Develop and maintain standard product costs. Analyze manufacturing variances and provide detailed explanations. Prepare cost of goods sold and inventory reconciliations. Support budgeting and forecasting processes with cost data. Participate in make-or-buy decisions and capital expenditure analysis. Implement and monitor cost control measures and initiatives. Analyze profitability by product, customer, and channel. Recommended Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. 3+ years of cost accounting experience in a manufacturing environment. Strong understanding of standard costing, variance analysis, and inventory valuation. Proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and advanced Microsoft Excel skills. CPA or CMA certification preferred.
