Our team-driven culture emphasizes collaboration, growth, and a commitment to industry-leading practices. Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for an Accountant located in Houston, TX. The Accountant will manage day-to-day financial processes, including preparing financial statements, monitoring budgets, managing accounts payable and receivable, and reconciling bank statements. The role also involves supporting compliance with regulatory standards, preparing tax documentation, and collaborating with teams to ensure financial accuracy and efficiency. Qualifications Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting, and budgeting Proficiency in Quorum ODA accounting software and MS Office (high proficiency in Excel) Experience with accounts payable, accounts receivable, and bank reconciliations Skills in financial analysis, data accuracy, and attention to detail Ability to ensure compliance with tax regulations and manage tax documentation Proven organizational and time management skills Strong interpersonal and communication skills for collaboration with team members Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field CPA certification is preferred but not required Previous experience in the energy industry is advantageous
