  • Full-time Prepare and maintain accurate financial records, reports, and supporting documentation for credit union operations.
Reconcile general ledger accounts, bank accounts, and other financial records accurately and on time. Process invoices, payments, and expense documentation accurately and within established deadlines. Assist with month-end and year-end closing activities, including preparing reports and supporting schedules. Support audits, examinations, and regulatory compliance efforts in accordance with credit union policies and procedures. Analyze financial information, identify discrepancies, and help resolve issues promptly and accurately. Maintain prepaid and fixed asset schedules and manage depreciation records accurately. Monitor investment activity and support timely decision-making as investments mature. Prepare and post journal entries while maintaining accurate, well-supported account balances. Support budget preparation and review variances regularly to strengthen financial planning. Assist with member fraud investigations, including credit card, debit card, and account fraud, in accordance with credit union procedures. Assist members with wire transfers and other services as needed.
