• Bachelors in accounting or finance- no experience Job Description We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented addition to our finance team.

This position reports directly to the Controller and works closely with Sales Managers and Sales staff, providing valuable cross-functional exposure across the organization. Responsibilities Assist in managing accounts payable and accounts receivable processes. Support the Controller in financial analysis and reporting tasks. Collaborate with Sales Managers and staff to ensure accurate financial documentation. Participate in general ledger accounting and reconciliation processes. Utilize strong Excel skills to analyze financial data and prepare reports. Essential Skills Bachelor's Degree in Business, Accounting, or Finance. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel. Understanding of general ledger accounting and reconciliation processes. Additional Skills & Qualifications NetSuite experience strongly preferred. Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills. Strong communication skills and ability to work in a collaborative in-office environment. Work Environment The work environment is fun and engaging, with a Monday to Friday in-office schedule. Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Ballwin, MO. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $28.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
