A typical day will include:

play a key role in Chargemaster (CDM) maintenance , including reviewing, updating, and auditing charge codes to ensure correct pricing, coding accuracy, and alignment with payer requirements. Your work helps safeguard financial sustainability and ensures that billing practices remain transparent, compliant, and optimized. Supporting the integrity of the organization's revenue cycle by ensuring accurate and complete charge capture, preventing revenue leakage, and maintaining compliance with internal and external standards. This position works closely with all departments to gather, validate, and analyze financial and operational data that strengthens managerial decisionmaking and supports required reporting for regulatory and oversight agencies. The position is Full Time, Days 8:00am-4:30pm

Job Requirements:

Education:

Bachelor's degree in business, healthcare, or a related field or an equivalent combination of education and experience preferred

Experience:

Three (3) years of experience in healthcare revenue cycle, coding, clinical, or a related field.

Skills:

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills as well as strong quantitative, analytical and organizational skills. Excel or other database experience
