Job Description

Onsite in Creve Coeur, MO (remote for appts/sick)
Pay:
$60,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year plus discretionary bonus/benefits 100% paid employee-dependent medical/dental We are partnering with a growing organization to identify a Property Accountant responsible for supporting day-to-day accounting operations across a commercial real estate portfolio. Key Responsibilities Handle full-cycle accounting, including AP, AR, journal entries, and bank reconciliations Manage monthly close and prepare financial statements Track rent payments, tenant billings, and collections Process lease-related payments, commissions, and real estate taxes Monitor cash activity and maintain accurate reporting Assist with CAM reconciliations and year-end reporting (including 1099s) Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely and accurate financial operations Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field (or equivalent experience) 2+ years of accounting experience, ideally within commercial real estate Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities Proficiency in Microsoft Excel; experience with property accounting systems is a plus
Pay:
$65,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
