Responsibilities:
Lead key aspects of the month-end close (journal entries, accruals, reconciliations) Analyze financials, investigate variances, and provide insight to leadership Manage fixed assets (additions, disposals, depreciation) Ensure data accuracy across systems (including Salesforce and accounting platforms) Identify process improvements and streamline reporting Support budgeting and forecasting efforts Serve as a resource to team members and assist with accounting questions Contribute to ad hoc analysis and special projects
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Accounting 3-5 years of accounting experience with month-end close exposure Strong knowledge of GAAP and financial statements Experience with reconciliations, accruals, and financial analysis Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, lookups, data analysis) Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities Effective communicator who thrives in a team environment Proactive mindset with interest in continued growth
