Job Description

Job Summary We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Enrolled Agent to join our dynamic finance team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounting principles and practices, with expertise in various accounting software. This role involves managing financial records, preparing reports, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements. The Enrolled Agent will play a crucial role in maintaining the integrity of financial data and supporting the overall financial health of the organization. Responsibilities Prepare and maintain accurate financial statements. Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable processes, ensuring timely and accurate transactions. Conduct balance sheet reconciliations and general ledger accounting. Perform journal entries, account analysis, and account reconciliation to ensure accuracy. Assist in the preparation of budgets, forecasts, and financial analyses to support decision-making. Provide support for audits by preparing necessary documentation and responding to auditor inquiries. Utilize accounting software such as QuickBooks. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide insights on financial performance. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance is required. Proven experience in public accounting is preferred. Strong understanding of financial concepts including accrual accounting, cash flow analysis, and budgeting. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for financial report writing and interpretation. Excellent analytical skills with attention to detail for accurate financial statement preparation. Strong communication skills for effective collaboration within teams and mentoring purposes. Ability to work independently while managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
