This position will be located at 920 Wildwood, Jefferson City, MO 65109. Why you'll love this position: Are you looking for that next level? If the individual selected or the position is eligible for a pay differential (e.g., shift, security, or years of service), it will be added to the total compensation in your paycheck. A pay differential does not raise your base pay. Responsibilities - What you'll do Oversight of department fixed assets and inventory to include tagging fixed assets, processing additions/changes in our state financial system, and semi-annual reconciliation Monthly student loan reconciliation Coordinate with department staff on assets and provide annual inventory training Process monthly allocations through our state financial system Provide technical support and assistance to team member Utilize Microsoft Office Word, Excel, Access, Internet, and the state's financial system to complete duties Identify issues, evaluate options and recommend solutions Assist with projects for the bureau in relation to process improvement Review tasks and recommend process improvements related to the position Provide training and guidance to new team members as needed Qualifications - All you need for success
Minimum Qualifications:
A Bachelor's degree and 2-4 years of relevant experience. (Substitutions may be allowed). Proficient with Microsoft Office. Proficient with Access databases preferred. Highly organized, proactive and possess strong analytical skills. Be accountable for themselves and to the team Ability to multi-task, manage time, prioritize and meet deadlines Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Exercise significant independence, judgment, and initiative in the performance of their duties. Lack of post‐secondary education will not be used as the sole basis denying consideration to any applicant.
