Tax Accountant

Tax Accountant Associate We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Tax Accountant Associate to join our growing team. This position will assist clients with income tax return preparation, monthly accounting services, and various bookkeeping and accounting functions. Responsibilities Prepare individual and business income tax returns Perform monthly data entry and bookkeeping tasks Reconcile bank and account statements Assist with payroll and other accounting functions as needed Communicate professionally with clients regarding tax and accounting matters Maintain accurate and organized financial records Support the team during tax season and throughout the year Qualifications Experience in tax preparation and/or bookkeeping preferred Knowledge of accounting principles and tax regulations Proficiency with accounting and tax software Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Ability to work independently and manage deadlines Excellent communication and client service skills Schedule Expected hours are Monday through Thursday, 10 hours per day Full-time preferred; willing to hire the right part-time candidate Compensation Pay based on experience Compensation package includes base salary plus commission opportunities If you are dependable, client-focused, and looking to grow in a professional accounting environment, we would love to hear from you.
