As our organization continues to scale, we are seeking a high-level financial leader to step into the role of Director of Treasury at our corporate office in St. Louis, Missouri. This is a strategic leadership opportunity for an experienced treasury professional who thrives in a fast-paced, multi-entity environment and wants to play a critical role in shaping the financial future of a growing healthcare organization. This is not a back-office maintenance role. We are looking for someone who can think strategically, operate with urgency, and build scalable treasury processes that support continued organizational expansion. Position Overview The Director of Treasur y will oversee treasury operations, cash management strategy, banking relationships, liquidity forecasting, and financial risk management across a multi-state healthcare portfolio. The ideal candidate will bring strong analytical capabilities, executive-level professionalism, and the ability to operate both strategically and tactically.
Responsibilities Include:
Lead all treasury and cash management operations across multiple entities and business lines Develop and manage short-term and long-term cash flow forecasting models Monitor daily cash positioning, liquidity needs, and banking activity Oversee wire activity, ACH transactions, account reconciliations, and treasury controls Manage banking relationships and assist in negotiating banking services and credit facilities Partner closely with executive leadership, accounting, payroll, AP, AR, and operations teams Develop treasury policies, procedures, and internal controls to support organizational growth Assist with debt management, covenant reporting, and lender communications Analyze financial trends and provide strategic recommendations regarding liquidity and capital deployment Ensure compliance with all applicable financial regulations, reporting standards, and organizational policies Support acquisitions, transitions, and new operational integrations from a treasury perspective Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field required 5+ years of treasury, corporate finance, banking, or cash management leadership experience preferred Healthcare, long-term care, senior living, or multi-entity experience strongly preferred Strong understanding of cash forecasting, liquidity management, and banking operations Experience working in complex, high-growth organizations preferred Advanced Microsoft Excel and financial systems proficiency required Strong executive communication and leadership skills High attention to detail, organization, and ability to manage competing priorities Why AMA LTC?
