• Full-time Job Overview We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly experienced Senior Accountant to join our CPA firm.

The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in comprehensive accounting services and financial reporting to a diverse client portfolio. This role requires a proactive individual who can manage multiple tasks efficiently while ensuring compliance with accounting standards and regulations. Duties Oversee full-cycle accounting, including

AP/AR, GL

Maintenace, and month-end closings Conduct account reconciliations, including balance sheet reconciliations, to maintain accurate financial records Prepare detailed financial reports for clients on a monthly, quarterly or annual basis Collaborate with clients to resolve accounting issues and optimize financial reporting Stay updated on federal, state, and local tax laws and accounting standards Assist partners in preparation of individual and business tax returns Ensure timely and accurate filings of all financial reports and tax documents Requirements Bachelor's degree in Accounting Minimum 5-7 years of experience in public accounting Proven experience as a Senior Accountant or similar role within CPA firm environments. Proficiency in financial software, particularly QuickBooks and UltraTax. Strong skills in account reconciliation, financial reporting, and tax preparation. Excellent analytical skills with a keen attention to detail. Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment. Ability to manage multiple client engagements and meet deadlines Strong communication skills to effectively convey complex financial information to non-financial stakeholders.
