Full-Time Position Overview Landesign Plus is seeking a motivated, detail-oriented individual to support our Accounts Receivable, Billing, and Customer Service operations. This role plays a critical part in maintaining cash flow, ensuring accurate invoicing, and delivering a high level of customer experience across our landscape, irrigation, and outdoor service divisions. The ideal candidate is organized, proactive, and confident communicating with customers while working closely with our internal team to resolve billing issues and collect outstanding balances. Key Responsibilities Accounts Receivable (AR) Manage and track outstanding invoices to ensure timely collections Execute AR follow-up process: 030 days: Primary responsibility for collections (calls, emails, texts) 30+ days: Escalate to Account Managers/Sales team as needed Maintain accurate documentation of all collection efforts in CRM Work to minimize 6090+ day outstanding balances Coordinate with internal teams to resolve payment delays Billing & Invoicing Generate and send invoices accurately and in a timely manner Ensure proper revenue allocation (residential vs. commercial) Verify job completion details before invoicing Assist in batching and exporting invoices to accounting (George Douglas) Maintain consistency and accuracy within ServiceTitan Customer Service Serve as a primary point of contact for billing and service-related inquiries Handle customer concerns professionally and efficiently Assist with scheduling coordination when needed Provide clear communication regarding invoices, payments, and services Maintain a positive, solutions-oriented approach with clients Qualifications 2+ years experience in accounts receivable, billing, or customer service Strong communication skills (phone, email, and text) Highly organized with strong attention to detail Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Experience with CRM systems (ServiceTitan experience is a plus) Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, etc.) Core Competencies Accountability and follow-through Problem-solving mindset Professional and confident communication Time management and organization Team collaboration What Success Looks Like AR is actively managed with minimal aging over 30 days Invoices are sent quickly and accurately Customer issues are resolved promptly and professionally Strong communication between office, sales, and operations teams Consistent and accurate data entry in ServiceTitan Why Join Landesign Plus?
