Exempt Role:
The accountant will play a key role in optimizing cost controls and operational efficiencies. This role will support the manufacturing and finance structure to enable the execution of Elite's growth strategy.
Skills & Qualifications:
1. 3-5 years of relevant experience, ideally in accounting or manufacturing. 2. Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field. 3. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. 4. A collaborative working style, attention to detail, and ability to solve problems. 5. Attention to detail & strong analytical skills with a high-level mastery of Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, complex formulas, database manipulation) and hands-on experience using ERP software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, NetSuite). 6. Knowledge and understanding of the P&L dynamics of the manufacturing operations is preferred but not required. 7. Cost Accounting experience is a plus.
Primary Duties:
The primary duties of the employee are (but not limited to) the following: 1. Accounts Payable/Receivable processing and data analysis. 2. Assist with Payroll processing and related transactions. 3. Inventory/Bill of Materials validation and reconciliation. 4. Variance Analysis. 5. Prepare financial data and reports and maintain accounting records. 6. Assist with audit-related activities, including ISO. 7. Preparation of reconciliations and analysis of accounts. 8. Generate weekly management reports and key performance indicators. 9. Ensure compliance with internal policies and procedures. 10. Other duties as assigned.
Pay:
$40,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
