Administrative and Accounting Coordinator Montana Radiator Billings, MT Job Details Part-time $24 - $28 an hour 1 day ago Qualifications Filing Administrative experience QuickBooks Online QuickBooks Data entry Time management Office experience Full Job Description Administrative & Accounting Coordinator Position Summary Montana Radiator Works is seeking a reliable, detail-oriented Administrative & Accounting Coordinator to support the daily financial and administrative operations of our business. This position is responsible for accounts payable, accounts receivable, payment processing, payroll review, bookkeeping support, record keeping, and general office administration. This is a part-time, in-office position. The successful candidate will work each weekday and remain on-site until the day's assigned responsibilities are completed. Primary Responsibilities Accounting & Financial Administration Process accounts payable invoices and prepare vendor payments Prepare and issue checks and electronic payments Apply customer payments and maintain accurate accounts receivable records Assist with collections and customer account reconciliation Enter and maintain general ledger transactions Assist with month-end bookkeeping and account reconciliations Maintain organized financial records and supporting documentation Coordinate with outside accounting professionals as needed Payroll Administration Review employee time entries for accuracy and completeness Monitor payroll data and submit approved information to the company's payroll provider Assist employees and managers with payroll-related questions Maintain payroll records and supporting documentation Office Administration Maintain company files and records Assist with document preparation, filing, and data entry Manage incoming mail and administrative correspondence Order office supplies and maintain office organization Support management with miscellaneous administrative projects Assist with maintaining company forms, records, and procedures Perform other office and administrative duties as assigned Qualifications Experience using Intuit Quickbooks Online required Previous bookkeeping, accounting, or office administration experience required Strong attention to detail and accuracy Proficiency with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel Ability to maintain confidentiality with financial and employee information Strong organizational and time management skills Self-motivated and capable of working independently Professional communication skills Schedule Part-time position, with flexible daily schedule In-office attendance required Monday through Friday Workday concludes when daily responsibilities are completed Candidates will be contacted for potential interviews after June 21, 2026 What We're Looking For We are looking for someone who takes ownership of their work, enjoys keeping things organized, and takes pride in maintaining accurate financial and administrative records.
