Job Description:

SUMMARY The Staff Account position is responsible for reviewing meters, investigating variances, maintaining financial records, daily deposit entries, journal entries and reviewing invoices for accuracy. This position will report directly to the accounting supervisor. The staff accountant will assist the accounting department with meeting deadlines with accuracy and attention to detail.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Audit location accounts daily Maintaining financial reports, records and general ledger accounts Ensure financial records are maintained in compliance with GAAP Ensure financial reporting deadlines are met Reviewing invoices for sales of software and gaming machines Applying customer payments Recognize out-of-balance variances, research the discrepancies and make the proper accounting adjustments Communication via phone, email, or in person with customers and co-workers Making daily journal and deposit entries

QUALIFICATIONS

Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance 2+ years of experience Ability to work with Microsoft Office products Responsible, Trustworthy, Ability to work on own with minimal direction. Excellent organizational and time management skills. Customer Service Skills Knowledge of accounting terminology, understanding of debits and credits, use of spreadsheets and/or automated accounting system NetSuite Ability to communicate clearly and professionally with customers and co-workers

• Continually required to utilize hand and finger dexterity, including calculating figures and use of a keyboard

CGTGaming Base Pay Range:

$55,000-$65,000 This range represents the low and high end of the anticipated base salary range for this position. The base salary will depend on a number of factors such as: qualifications, experience level, and skillset. Voluntary full-time employment benefits include medical, dental, and vision; life, AD&D, critical illness, and hospital insurance; short and long-term disability; identity/legal protection; as well as access to FSA and HSA accounts.
