Full-time | Exempt About the Role Voltage is seeking an experienced Senior General Ledger (GL) Accountant to oversee the accuracy, integrity, and timeliness of general ledger and financial reporting activities. In this role, you will support month-end and year-end close, account reconciliations, intercompany transactions, and compliance with
U.S. GAAP
(and IFRS where applicable). You will partner cross-functionally to ensure strong financial controls and reliable reporting in a fast-paced, growing environment. What You'll Do Execute monthly, quarterly, and annual close processes. Prepare and post journal entries, accruals, and adjusting entries. Perform timely balance sheet reconciliations and resolve variances. Manage fixed assets, depreciation schedules, and capitalized projects. Prepare accurate financial statements in accordance with
U.S. GAAP.
Maintain and support the general ledger structure within the ERP system. Support intercompany accounting and related reconciliations. Assist with treasury, accounts receivable, and accounts payable activities as needed. Support audits and ensure compliance with accounting policies and internal controls. What We're Looking For Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance. 5-8+ years of progressive accounting experience. Strong experience with full-cycle month-end close. Solid understanding of U.S. GAAP and financial reporting principles. Experience with ERP systems (SAP preferred). Strong communication skills with the ability to partner cross-functionally. High level of integrity, attention to detail, and accountability. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Why Join Us?
