Job Description:
Prepare and review monthly journal entries, account reconciliations, and supporting schedules to ensure accurate and timely month-end close in accordance with US GAAP. Analyze financial results, investigate variances, and maintain integrity of the general ledger and financial reporting processes. Support consolidated financial reporting, intercompany accounting, and audit requests while ensuring compliance with internal controls and SOX requirements. Partner cross-functionally with FP&A, operations, treasury, and external auditors to support business initiatives, reporting needs, and process improvements. Identify opportunities to streamline and automate accounting processes while assisting with system enhancements, ERP utilization, and special projects.
