Job Description:
Prepare and analyze monthly financial statements, account reconciliations, and journal entries to ensure accurate and timely month-end close. Maintain general ledger integrity, including balance sheet reconciliations, accruals, fixed assets, and variance analysis. Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting processes by providing analysis and recommendations to management. Assist with audit preparation, tax filings, and compliance with GAAP, internal controls, and company accounting policies. Partner with operations and department leaders to improve accounting processes, resolve financial issues, and drive continuous process improvements.
