Support the Director of Accounting in the preparation of financial close deliverables, including account reconciliations and supporting schedules. Month-End Close & Reporting Execute assigned close checklist items consistently and on schedule across corporate and property entities. Assist with the compilation of property and entity-level financial statements in support of the monthly close cycle. Collaborate with Property Management and other operational teams to ensure accurate expense coding and allocation across entities. Prepare ad hoc financial reports and data pulls as requested by the Director of Accounting.
