Job Description:
Prepare and maintain general ledger entries, ensuring accuracy and compliance with accounting standards Assist with monthly, quarterly, and year-end close processes Perform account reconciliations and investigate discrepancies Prepare journal entries and supporting documentation Assist in the preparation of financial statements and internal reports Manage accounts payable and/or accounts receivable processes as needed Support budgeting and forecasting activities Maintain fixed asset records and depreciation schedules Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements Assist with audits by preparing requested documentation and schedules Analyze financial data and provide insights to support decision-making Identify opportunities for process improvements and increased efficiency All qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, national origin, age, ancestry, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, gender expression, marital status, disability, medical condition, genetic information, pregnancy, or military or veteran status.
