Accountant

Preference Employment Solutions is confidentially recruiting for an Accountant for an organization based in Fargo, North Dakota. This position will include a wide array of duties related to accounting as well supervising office staff.

Direct Hire Schedule:

Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm

Compensation:

$70,000 - $75,000

• Monthly account reconciliation
• Supervise AP, AR, Purchasing, and Payroll
• Manage expenses and daily bank deposits/transactions
• Create monthly income statement and balance sheet
• Partner with external firms for annual ESOP valuation Characteristics of a

Successful Candidate:

• Bachelor's or associate degree in accounting or related field
• A minimum of 5 years' experience
• Experience with AIA documents, pay apps, WIP, and GAAP
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office products and accounting software
