Key Responsibilities:
These responsibilities generally describe the nature of the position and may not be all inclusive: Top priority and core value is safety Lead, manage, and hold accountable the construction team to be safe, to exceed customer expectations, and to be profitable Work collaboratively with support teams including estimating, preconstruction & BIM/VDC team, procurement, accounting, safety, quality control, and commissioning Manage team to meet, follow, and document all quality control requirements and to set the (site OR jobsite?) up for success for the commissioning team Develop, track, and maintain project schedule with project superintendent and project managers. Work with project controller to ensure timely entry of invoices and timely preparation of all billing materials GMP tracking with margin calculator Responsible for managing fabrication schedule expectations and deliveries along with the superintendent and fabrication manager Must understand all contracts, GMP structure, and plans/specs and drive the schedule and manpower to meet or exceed estimate expectations First point of contact for clients: General Contractor and Owner Working with project team to track productivity Monitoring weekly cash flow with project controller Weekly call with CFO, CEO, and COO Familiarity with P6 Scheduling, Earned Value Management, and Last Planner System Maintain forecasting of project financials Oversee and manage all operations on the jobsite and site logistics Monitor Procurement and logistics with Project Manager support Responsible for reviewing change orders with estimating team and project managers Touch base with team members and support Admin Superintendent Fabrication Project Managers Labor Coordinator Subcontractors QC Cx Procurement BIM/VDC Get better every day.Skills & Competencies:
Proven leadership experience managing construction teams on complex and mission critical projects. Strong financial and scheduling skills, including GMP tracking and forecasting. Proficiency with advanced scheduling tools (P6, Earned Value Management, Last Planner System) Ability to coordinate across multiple functions and subcontractors. Strong communication and client relationship skills, with safety as a core value.Education & Experience:
