We're currently seeking an experienced CPA to join our Lincoln team. This is a unique opportunity to step into a leadership role with a track to partnership for the right candidate. What You'll Do:

Prepare and review financial statements and tax returns. Assume responsibility for all phases of an assignment from planning to delivery of the financial statements and tax returns for small and medium sized engagements. Identify issues with clients' processes and controls, make recommendations for improvements. Maintain quality client relationships.

What We're Looking For:

Licensed CPA with significant public accounting experience Proven ability to manage multiple client engagements simultaneously. Strong interpersonal, analytical, and research skills Excellent verbal and written communication—capable of translating complex financial data for a broad range of clients. Prior experience supervising or managing teams. A strong client service mindset with the ability to build rapport and trust. Farm tax experience is a plus, but not required. Audit experience is a plus, but not required.
