We're partnering with our client, a well-established Nebraska organization seeking a Senior Accountant to support a rapidly expanding business segment. This is a newly created position driven by growth, offering the opportunity to make an immediate impact while working alongside a collaborative and experienced accounting team. What You'll Do Support day-to-day accounting operations for a growing business unit Prepare and review accounting data flowing from POS systems into the general ledger Process accounts payable transactions and vendor payments Assist with tip reporting and related accounting activities Reconcile accounts and ensure the accuracy of financial information Help support an upcoming ERP transition to a new accounting platform Communicate with operational personnel to resolve accounting discrepancies and questions Assist with accounting projects and additional business entities as needed

What They're Looking For Required:

3+ years of corporate accounting experience Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Ability to communicate effectively with both accounting and operational teams Self-starter who isn't afraid to ask questions or identify issues Desire to learn and grow within a collaborative accounting environment

Preferred:

Experience working with POS systems, particularly Toast Experience with Sage Intacct Background supporting multi-entity or operational accounting environments Why Consider This Opportunity?
