We are searching for an individual who loves rolling up their sleeves, diving into the details, and tackling the challenge of improving processes. This will be a very engaging and fun position for someone who is intellectually curious, eager to understand how systems and workflows connect, and enjoys tinkering with software to make things run smoother. This organization recently implemented NetSuite and is enthusiastic about using it to its full potential! If you enjoy digging into system capabilities, identifying automation opportunities, and creating efficiencies, you'll find this position and environment energizing as you will enjoy partnering with the leadership team on process improvement initiatives while having the freedom to run with projects that will make a real impact. Work closely with the Director of Finance while taking an active role in a variety of full-cycle financial accounting responsibilities such as

• journal entries reflecting business transactions, general ledger and bank reconciliations, month-end close, analysis, and reporting.

Lean into challenging and rewarding project work while working closely with leaders to identify process improvements that maximize the value of NetSuite and other integrated systems.
