Job Description

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
Prepare journal entries and account reconciliation Assist with month-end and year-end close processes Support accounts payable and accounts receivable functions Reconcile bank and credit card activity Assist with financial reporting and audits Ensure accuracy and compliance with accounting standards
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance preferred 2-5 years of accounting experience preferred Strong Excel, organizational, and problem-solving skills High attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines Strong communication and teamwork skills Understanding of basic accounting and principles and GAAP Accounts Payable /
Accounts Receivable:
Assist with processing of vendor invoices and employee reimbursements Review and verify expense coding and employee reimbursements Assis with payment processing and check runs Monitor outstanding receivables
Financial Reporting:
Assist with preparation and analysis of financial reports and communication of any fluctuations Support budgeting and forecasting processes
Audit & Compliance:
Assist with internal and external audits Prepare audit schedules and supporting documentation Assist in developing and monitoring adherence to internal controls
