Senior Accounting Analyst - Join a Longstanding Company with Exceptional Culture Elevate is partnering with a well-established, highly respected company in Nebraska to welcome a Senior Accounting Analyst to its Corporate finance team. This is an excellent opportunity for a finance "athlete" who will enjoy a dynamic blend of accounting, financial analysis, and involvement across multiple areas within a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Key Responsibilities Support month-end and year-end close processes Prepare journal entries, account reconciliations, and financial reporting schedules Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis Analyze financial and operational performance, including production, inventory, labor, and cost trends Partner with plant operations and leadership teams to support business performance initiatives Support inventory accounting, costing analysis, and reporting improvement projects This is an outstanding opportunity to join a stable, growth-oriented manufacturing company that values collaboration, continuous improvement, and employee development.
