Full Job Description Experience:

$120,000•$140,000 per year Job Details•
Responsibilities:
The Permanent Senior Staff Accountant will be responsible for a variety of tasks, including but not limited to: 1. Overseeing the full cycle of accounting activities of the company, including accounts payable/receivable, cash receipts, general ledger, payroll and utilities, treasury, budgeting, cash forecasting, revenue and expenditure variance analysis. 2. Ensuring all payments are completed on time (including accounts payable and bank deposits). 3. Conducting monthly reconciliation of every bank account. 4. Developing and maintaining financial statements, including monthly and annual accounts, to ensure all financial reporting deadlines are met. 5. Preparing financial management reports, including financial planning and forecasting. 6. Working closely with the management team to share reports and analysis findings. 7. Implementing and ensuring compliance with all internal and external financial and accounting procedures. 8. Using ADP Workforce for payroll processing and management. 9. Managing the preparation of the company's budget and financial forecasts. 10. Coordinating the preparation of regulatory reporting and ensuring compliance with all relevant legal, financial and corporate governance obligations.
Qualifications:
To be considered for this role, you must possess the following: 1. Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or a related field. Master's degree or Certified Public Accountant (CPA) certification is a plus. 2. A minimum of 10 years of experience in a senior accounting role, preferably within the legal industry. 3. Strong knowledge of bookkeeping and accounting principles, practices, standards, laws and regulations. 4. Proven proficiency in ADP Workforce and other payroll systems. 5. Excellent computer skills on MS Office, accounting software and databases. 6. Ability to manipulate large amounts of data and compile detailed reports. 7. Proven knowledge of financial forecasting and diagnosis, corporate finance and information analysis. 8. Excellent communication and leadership skills. 9. Solid judgement along with decision making skills. 10. High ethical standards and professionalism, with a commitment to confidentiality.
