Responsibilities Manage month-end close including journal entries, reconciliations, and financial reporting Prepare and analyze financial statements and variance reports Maintain general ledger and ensure accuracy of accounting transactions Support job costing and project accounting activities Review project budgets, costs, and profitability Assist with WIP schedules and revenue recognition Perform account reconciliations (bank, credit cards, job-related accounts) Partner with project managers on financial tracking and reporting Support audits and provide required documentation Identify and implement process improvements Qualifications 5+ years of accounting experience Construction industry experience preferred, not required Strong general ledger and month-end close experience Experience with job costing or project-based accounting is a plus Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field preferred Proficient in Excel and accounting systems Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines Additional Info Opportunity to convert to permanent Long-term stability with a well-established company High visibility role working closely with leadership and project teams 143424255PHICC_1781789850 To Apply for this Job Click Here
