Job Description

Job Summary Seeking a detail-oriented Accountant to support daily billing, accounts receivable, and month-end processes. This is a great opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced accounting environment. Responsibilities Process daily billings and post AR transactions Assist with monthly billing and invoicing Support AR reconciliation and collections Prepare general ledger entries and reconcile accounts Assist with month-end close and accounting tasks Support special projects as needed Maintain confidentiality of financial data Qualifications 1+ years of AR, billing, or accounting experience Strong Excel skills Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills Ability to multitask and meet deadlines
