Job Description:

Position Summary A Beacon Hill client is looking to add an Accountant to their finance team in Camden, NJ. This role was created due to immediate team need. The ideal candidate will thrive in a collaborative, fast-paced environment and support financial operations that help drive meaningful community development initiatives. Schedule Contract to hire Onsite for the first 90 days, hybrid afterward (4 days onsite / 1 remote) Fast-paced work environment, required to meet deadlines when necessary Key Responsibilities Prepare and analyze monthly financial statements in accordance with GAAP Maintain general ledger accounts, reconciliations, and journal entries Assist with month-end close, budgeting, profit loss statements, and financial reporting Collaborate with internal teams and vendors to resolve accounting issues Analyze financial discrepancies and ensure compliance with procedures Manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Assist leadership with ad hoc projects as needed Yardi or similar ERP/accounting software experience Beacon Hill is an equal opportunity employer and individuals with disabilities and/or protected veterans are encouraged to apply.
