Accounting Coordinator Location:
Camden County - (onsite)
Compensation:
$50,000 - $60,000 Responsibilities Process accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions for multiple properties Assist with tenant billing, including rent, common area maintenance (CAM) charges, and utility allocations Maintain accurate financial records and supporting documentation Support monthly reconciliations and reporting activities Coordinate vendor invoices, payments, and service records Track lease-related information including rent schedules and expiration dates Assist with administrative support for property operations and facilities coordination Help maintain organized files for contracts, compliance documents, and property records Support cash tracking and day-to-day accounting activities Qualifications 2-5 years of accounting, bookkeeping, or property management support experience Understanding of basic accounting principles including AP, AR, and reconciliations Experience working in a fast-paced office environment with multiple priorities Familiarity with property management or accounting software is a plus Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office applications Strong written and verbal communication skills Ability to work independently while managing deadlines effectively Preferred Background Experience supporting commercial real estate or property management operations Familiarity with lease terminology such as CAM and NNN structures Prior experience coordinating vendors, utilities, or tenant billing activities
