We are seeking an experienced Senior Accountant to play a key role in supporting accounting operations, financial reporting, process improvement initiatives, and internal controls within a dynamic manufacturing and distribution environment. This is an excellent opportunity for an accounting professional who enjoys working in a collaborative, international organization and wants exposure to global financial operations while partnering closely with business leaders across multiple functions. Key Responsibilities Lead monthly, quarterly, and annual financial close activities, including journal entries, account reconciliations, accruals, account analysis, and intercompany transactions. Manage accounts receivable analysis, aging reviews, bad debt reserves, and dealer credit programs. Serve as a key liaison between local operations and shared service teams supporting collections, cash application, and accounts payable functions. Monitor and maintain customer and vendor master data to support efficient financial operations and healthy cash flow. Review and analyze operating expenses, employee expense reports, and indirect purchasing activity while supporting budgeting and cost control efforts. Support sales tax administration and provide financial support to customer service and operational teams. Coordinate data collection and reporting for tax, insurance, ESG, and other corporate reporting requirements. Partner with corporate finance, treasury, tax, and shared service teams on accounting and financial initiatives. Assist with internal controls, compliance activities, and continuous process improvement projects. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. 7+ years of progressive accounting experience within a global organization. Strong knowledge of GAAP and financial reporting principles. SAP experience is required. Manufacturing and/or distribution industry experience is strongly preferred. Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with both financial and operational leadership. Strong analytical skills and a continuous improvement mindset.
