We're looking for a hands-on Accountant to strengthen our accounting operations in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. In this role, you'll partner with the Controller to ensure financial accuracy, compliance, and efficiency across the organization. You'll oversee daily accounting activities, manage AR/AP and reconciliations, and provide timely, reliable reporting. Beyond the numbers, you'll guide a talented team, support audits, budgeting, and forecasting, and drive process improvements that align with

ISO 9001

standards. This is a hands-on role where your expertise and attention to detail will directly impact financial integrity and operational success. What You'll Do Lead daily accounting operations: AP, AR, cash receipts, credit card transactions, general ledger entries and expense management Manage monthly closings, journal entries, accruals, and reconciliations Oversee inventory accounting, standard costing, and throughput margin File multi-state sales and use tax returns; maintain compliance documentation Maintain training materials and department matrix Handle escalated customer/vendor issues with professionalism Collaborate with external accountants for audits and year-end closings Support budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis Maintain fixed asset records and depreciation schedules Ensure compliance with internal controls, GAAP, and

ISO 9001

standards Drive process improvements and assist with special projects What You Bring Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance preferred (Associate's with solid experience accepted) 3+ years progressive accounting experience Profieciency in

SAGE 100

preferred Strong knowledge of accounting transactions and the ability to follow, analyze, and troubleshoot transactions through an ERP system from source to financial reporting Strong understanding of GAAP, sales/use tax compliance and month-end close processes Self-starter with a positive attitude and ability to multi-task Detail-oriented with excellent time management, analytical and problem solving skills Ability to handle sensitive information with integrity and discretion

Compensation and Benefits Salary Range:
