This is an excellent opportunity for a accounting professional looking to gain hands on experience and grow within a dynamic small business environment. Our company operates four special occasions clothing boutiques throughout the Northeast and has been helping families celebrate life's most important milestones for over a decade. We are looking for someone who is eager to learn, enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, and wants to make a meaningful impact within a growing organization. Responsibilities Process accounts payable and accounts receivable Reconcile bank accounts and credit card statements Assist with monthly financial reporting and closing procedures Maintain accurate financial records and supporting documentation Review and enter invoices, bills, and vendor payments Assist with payroll-related reporting and record keeping Monitor expenses and help identify cost saving opportunities Support budgeting and forecasting initiatives Assist management with financial analysis and special projects & requested reports Ensure compliance with company policies and accounting procedures Work closely with ownership and management team on day-to-day financial operations Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Accounting Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Self-motivated with a willingness to learn Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines Excellent written and verbal communication skills Experience with QuickBooks or accounting software is a plus Bilingual English Spanish What We're Looking For Someone who takes ownership of their work A team player with a positive attitude A professional who enjoys working in a small business environment Someone interested in long-term growth and career development A candidate who is local to Somerset, NJ or surrounding areas Compensation & Benefits Paid training Paid vacation for full timer after your first year Opportunities for professional growth and advancement Supportive and entrepreneurial work environment Employee discounts About Us Founded in 2015, Quince Dresses has grown into one of the Northeast's leading specialty retailers for quinceañera, with locations in New Jersey, New York, Connecticut, and Virginia.
