Headquarters Guttenberg, NJ Schedule:

Monday - Friday 9:30 AM - 6:00 PM (30-minute lunch break) Key Responsibilities Manage daily accounting activities for multiple restaurant locations Review and process vendor invoices, operating expenses, and payment requests Prepare journal entries, accruals, prepaid expenses, and month-end adjustments Reconcile bank accounts, credit card transactions, and general ledger accounts Assist with monthly and year-end closing processes Monitor restaurant P&L reports and analyze expense trends Coordinate with vendors, landlords, and corporate partners regarding billing issues Support inventory, food cost, and operational expense tracking Prepare financial reports and supporting schedules requested by management Assist in improving accounting workflows and operational procedures Support additional finance and accounting projects as needed Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field preferred 1-3 years of accounting, bookkeeping, or finance experience required Restaurant, hospitality, or multi-unit business experience preferred Strong understanding of accounting principles and journal entries Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software systems Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills Korean-English bilingual proficiency required Benefits & Compensation Competitive compensation based on experience 11 paid holidays annually Paid time off (PTO) Complimentary employee meals Career growth opportunities within a growing restaurant group Stable full-time headquarters office position Apply Today Join a growing hospitality company and become part of a team focused on operational excellence, accountability, and long-term growth.
