Job Description

Join our dynamic team and play a pivotal role in integrating newly acquired companies into our ERP system as a Senior Accountant. Conduct pre-migration meetings and interviews with staff of to understand acquired companies' accounting policies and processes. Analyze and resolve differences between accounting practices through GAP analysis and documentation. Prepare timelines, assist with playbook development, training schedules, and other pre-migration documents. Assist with ensuring accuracy throughout the automated process. When required, assist with manual data entry. Work closely with the Integrations Resource Team to complete tasks across departments. Design and present financial management training for administrative, accounting, billing, and management staff. Proactively document innovative ideas to enhance integration processes for the Accounting Group. 5-7 years of General Ledger experience. Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (formulas, pivot tables, data analysis tools). Strong communication skills with the ability to engage all organizational levels. Demonstrated the ability to be empathetic during change management. Flexible and adaptable to changing priorities and tasks. Effective problem-solving skills and ability to perform under pressure. Experience with ERP migrations or financial system implementations preferred. CPA or equivalent certification is preferred. Previous Internal Audit experience preferred. Exposure to M&A processes preferred. Willingness to travel as needed.
Compensation:
$78,000 to $106,000 per year (depending on qualifications)
