The Staff Accountant will be responsible for various day-to-day tasks including financial statement preparation, tax preparation, account reconciliation, and financial analysis. The Staff Accountant will also assist in the preparation of audit schedules and other ad-hoc accounting projects. This role is located in Holmdel, New Jersey. Qualifications Knowledge of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP) Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Excel) Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Attention to detail and accuracy Excellent organizational and time management skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field Certified Public Accountant (CPA) is a plus Company DescriptionMonmouth County CPA and financial consulting firm.
