Manage full-cycle property accounting for commercial and industrial properties. Handle accounts payable and accounts receivable functions. Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual property financial statements. Assist with tax return accounting and supporting documentation. Interpret and apply commercial lease terms accurately. Perform account reconciliations and maintain the general ledger. Work independently while collaborating with a tenured accounting team. Required Experience/Skills for the

7+ years of experience in commercial real estate accounting. Strong understanding of real estate financial transactions. Experience with real estate accounting systems such as Yardi, MRI, or Oracle.
