Commission Tracking:

Overview We are seeking a detail-oriented and energetic Staff Accountant to join our dynamic finance team. In this role, you will play a vital part in managing our financial records, ensuring compliance with accounting standards, and supporting the overall financial health of the organization. Your expertise will help us maintain accurate financial data and streamline accounting processes as we continue to grow.
Responsibilities:
Commission Tracking:
Implement and maintain a robust commission tracking system. Work closely with the sales team to ensure accurate and timely commission calculations.
Payroll Management:
Oversee payroll processes, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulations. Collaborate with HR to address employee payroll-related inquiries.
Job Costing:
Develop and manage job costing procedures to enhance project profitability analysis. Collaborate with project managers to ensure accurate and timely cost allocations.
Financial Reporting:
Prepare insightful financial reports that provide a clear overview of company performance. Present financial data to management, offering valuable insights for strategic decision-making.
Qualifications:
1.
Experience:
Proven experience as a Senior Accountant, preferably in the renewable energy sector. 2.
Skills:
Strong proficiency in commission tracking, payroll management, and job costing. 3.
Education:
Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance; CPA certification is a plus. 4.
Detail-Oriented:
A keen eye for detail with a commitment to accuracy. 5.
Communication:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills. 6.
