Senior Accountant

Job DescriptionJob Description SUMMARY This role offers an opportunity to step into a senior-level accounting position with strong visibility across financial operations. The Senior Accountant will play a key role in managing financial processes, ensuring accuracy, and supporting compliance while working in a fast-paced environment with growth potential.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Manage and coordinate domestic and international vendor payments, including wire transactions Oversee expense tracking, payment processing, and financial record maintenance Prepare and post journal entries, perform account reconciliations, and analyze financial data Conduct credit card reconciliations and maintain organized accounting documentation Support internal and external audits by responding to data requests and ensuring accuracy Monitor compliance with accounting standards and internal policies Assist with tracking regulatory filings and maintaining proper records Collaborate cross-functionally to resolve discrepancies and improve processes

QUALIFICATIONS

Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field 5-7 years of progressive accounting experience Strong understanding of GAAP and core accounting principles Experience with international transactions and banking preferred Background in manufacturing or distribution environments highly valued CPA designation or progress toward certification is a plus Strong communication skills and attention to detail
