Job Title:

Accountant Job description We are seeking an experienced Accountant to manage financial records, ensure compliance with regulations, and support overall financial operations. The ideal candidate will have strong bookkeeping experience, attention to detail, and the ability to handle multiple accounting functions efficiently.

Responsibilities:

Manage and oversee all accounting transactions. Reconcile accounts payable and receivable. Prepare and maintain balance sheets and profit & loss statements. Review financial documents and procedures to ensure accuracy and compliance. Reconcile bank statements regularly. Maintain confidentiality of financial data and perform database backups as required. Ensure compliance with financial policies, regulations, and standards. Requirements and skills Minimum of 5 years of experience as an Accountant. At least 5 years of hands-on experience with QuickBooks. Basic experience supporting HR functions. Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. Strong knowledge of accounting regulations and procedures. Experience with office management.

Schedule:
